Title: Breakfast Burrito (Lf)

Yield: 4 Servings

12 Egg whites, beaten until
  Frothy
  Oil
1/2cNonfat sour cream
1cNonfat cheddar cheese
1/2cRefried beans
4 Nonfat flour tortillas,
  Burrito size
2tbChopped cilantro
1cSalsa
2tbChopped green onions

Scramble egg whites in a nonstick pan lightly coated with oil. Combine eggs with sour cream and cheese.

Spread beans on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cilantro. Spoon egg mixture on top, int her center of tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up each tortilla.

Microwave for 30 seconds. Put salsa on top and sprinkle with remaining cilantro and onions. Serve with extra salsa and nonfat sour cream on the side.

Per burrito: 300 calories, 1.08 g total fat
